There are a lot of food blogs out there, and if you’ve ever browsed Pinterest, you know exactly what I’m talking about.  In my quest to cook healthy and delicious meals, I’ve browsed many of these food blogs.

Today, I’ve decided to share these blogs with you.  These blogs aren’t necessarily focused on low carb or slow carb recipes, and they may not be completely filled with healthy recipes (we need recipes for our cheat days too, right?), but I think you’ll really enjoy what they have to offer.

I generally find that losing weight is a very slow process for me, despite my attempts to eat healthy and work out with some regularity.  I assume I’m not alone when it comes to this problem.

Generally, I can pinpoint the reason behind the problem – either I’m not exercising enough or I’m cheating on my diet too much.  Weight loss is almost always easily explained by either reducing your caloric intake or speeding up the rate that you burn calories.  A combination of the two things is even better.  Pretty simple calculation, right?

Despite this simple equation, there is one element that often goes unnoticed, and I’ve found that one simple tip can actually make a big difference in your weight loss.
